Saw this at Ashby Station. Lesson #114 in the How To Ride A Bike book. U-Bolt goes through rear wheel, frame, and fixed structure, cable goes through front wheel. Even your crappy REI commuter. But you can probably buy it back at Karim's tomorrow.
